Communication is the key to success on every project. The right communication builds trust and leads to success. Communication is critical from the word go, from setting up meetings to get thoughts flowing in the preconstruction phase, to discussing how to handle project closeout, it breathes life into a project and becomes its heartbeat.
We believe in developing connections with our subs. Those connections have a ripple effect and bring the right subs to the project and create a recipe for success and trust. We try to connect with as many subs as possible for each project we initiate by reaching out to them, giving them special opportunities to bid our projects, getting them involved early on, and building relationships that go well beyond one single project. We find that proper connections are equally beneficial to us and our subs as we get more trade coverage and better sub pricing.
We commit to not only to building our clients trust, but we commit to exceeding their expectations for our projects. Achieving goals minimum requirements is not as fulfilling as exceeding goals, nor is the success that comes with it. We carry this same commitment to our subcontractors when we are awarded projects. Today, there are too many people out there making promises and deals that they don’t actually commit to or follow through with. We stand by our word, stand by our work, and stand by our commitments.
A General Contractor cannot be successful without a good, trustworthy, hardworking team. You can’t get the best out of your employees or subs without showing them you care. We treat everyone as equals and fully understand that none of us will be successful if we don’t all care about the project and each other. Small things can go a long way and we pay attention to the small things just as much as the big things.
